		<description>I think when it&#039;s used for good like that, it&#039;s great. I think the companies that realize their reputation is at stake in these areas (twitter, facebook, forums, etc) and take action to make it better, will emerge stronger than the &quot;we don&#039;t care, you&#039;re just a number and a check every month&quot; companies.

Hopefully comcast can resist the temptation to spam twitter every 20 minutes with &quot;Get the triple play, it rocks&quot; type crap</description>
