I have been curious about if your web hosting is ok? Not that I am filing a complaint, however sluggish loading times might likely impact your placement in google and may harm your high quality information here. Thanks for the nice tutorial.But i am trying to include HTML content with full screen mode.As soon as i switches to full screen the HTML content disappears from the flash/flex stage.

I am looking at using FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE and it seems on Mac this is hiding the taskbar.

What I am doing is having a fullscreen chromeless transparent WindowedApplication that uses a fully transparent skin, and then having the real application rendered as a draggable s:SkinnableContainer inside of it.

The reason behind this is a long story, but it is the only way to get around the problem of the user accidentally pressing the alt-key once and hooking the (still present) sys menu in a chromeless window — when that menu is hooked, the app loses focus and appears non-responsive with no indication that the menu is hooked and waiting for the next key (space, n, etc).

Is there a way to define the rect used by fullscreen? Or some other workaround for this?

Hi David,

I have a problem with full screen mode.

The problem is , when we mouse hovering on the radio buttons the text beside the radio button is becoming in visible in full screen mode.These radio buttons are created on the fly to next view on a view stack.this problem occurring on only in full screen.

Could you please help me??

I can’t access to the flex systemManager classes!

hi,

i am trying to launch an AIR application that uses Touchatag to move through a presentation. the presentation runs on a HP touchscreen computer/monitor, which in itself isn’t a problem .

however, I can’t get the full screen mode when i’m using;

“stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE;”

i’m working on Windows Vista.

can you help?
